For elegant intimate gatherings to large-scale events, at your home or ours, let The LakeHouse host your special day. With panoramic views of the Great South Bay, signature gourmet cuisine, and personalized touches tailored to each event makes sure that yours is one to remember. We are excited to show off our beautiful new home on the Great South Bay, located at 135 Maple Avenue in Bay Shore New York. Our new location boasts 8 boat slips, a large deck, fire pit looking over the water, cozy outdoor seating, a 25-person private dining room with views of the kitchen, and party accommodations for up to 150 guests. Events available 7 days a week, daytime and evening.

Chef Matt Connors and the event planners are always on-hand and excited to help you create a locally-inspired personal menu to please any palate.

Room Descriptions

Sunroom leading to deck, seats 102 with 2 stationary banquettes and 2 movable banquettes. This room is semi-private and has access to the deck and firepit, deck can be made private by additional charge per person. It is not soundproof.

Fireplace Room East seats 24 guests and is not private, but can be included as additional seating for the sunroom spillover if needed. * the bathrooms must be accessed by other clientele through here.

Fireplace Room West seats 40 guests and is semi private.

Louis & Marion Modica Boardroom is a private room that seats 25 with AV hook-up and optional views to the kitchen.

There is a “family’’ table for 8-12 just outside the bar room.

Menu selections subject to availability and seasonality. Prices do not include beverages, tax and gratuity and the event is subject to a 5% administrative fee. Administrative fee is to offset the organization of your event, and is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to the employees who provide services to the guests. In house music only unless otherwise approved. Rooms are available up to 30 minutes before events for decorating. To be courteous to all guests, the event must end at the agreed upon time, if not we reserve the right to charge $10 per guest per 20minute overage.
